Provided survey, mapping and civil design services for a 50-condo unit with retail mixed use that is contained half in the City of Oakland and half in the City of Emeryville. Services included the collection of topographic survey; water, sewer, storm, gas and electric routing through the site; grading and drainage; stormwater management, treatment, and maintenance as well as public right-of-way encroachment improvement plans.
