Define it
Send us the site plan. We'll flag what the city will ask for, what the stormwater rules require, and what it'll cost — fixed fee, usually back to you in a week.
Design it
One engineer, start to finish. Grading, drainage, utilities — coordinated with your architect, submitted to the agency, revised until it's approved. No handoffs.
Build it
Plan check responses, RFIs, field visits, punch list — we're there until the last inspection closes. The engineer who drew it is the one answering questions on-site.
Recent projects
Fremont High School Net-Zero Campus
Demolished and rebuilt 95% of a 12-acre OUSD campus. Nine new buildings, net-zero energy, 40-foot retaining walls, and full utility infrastructure for 1,200 students.
Dublin Transit Center Parking Garage
First design-build in Alameda County since 2017. 5-level TOD structure adjacent to Dublin/Pleasanton BART. Parksmart Bronze certified. Completed 2024.
Fletcher Jones Elston Service Facility
Ground-up four-story Audi and Mercedes-Benz service facility on 8 acres. Part of a national program with Gensler (architect) and Skender (GC) spanning 12+ dealership projects.
