Civil Engineering Services for assistance in developing civil engineering plans in support of an approximately 800-sf expansion/renovation of the existing community building, as well as accessible path of travel and drainage upgrades to each of the upgraded accessible living units throughout the 4.66-acre apartment complex. Services include City Planning Design Review, full Civil Improvement Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and construction phase services.
