Multi-Family Residential Project

CaliChi was retained to assist River Watch Development to design and construct a 30-unit Multi-Family Residential Project in White Salmon, WA.  Project requires merger of two separate parcels.  The project which has a 10 foot Retaining wall along North Property line will create a 30-unit Residential project which will include 2,000 sq ft of impervious surface area requiring infiltration facilities to infiltrate storm runoff volume for a 25-year storm event. CaliChi will prepare site, paving and storm water control plans, private utility plans, Storm Water Control Plan, Water System Plan with Details and Erosion and Sediment Control.  Additionally, CaliChi will attend project coordination meetings, prepare a hydrology and hydraulics report and coordinate all work with design team consultants.
