What You Can Expect
- Site visits and agency meetings set up immediately upon authorization
- Education of the entire development team on project-specific issues
- Inclusion of public agency’s officials as members of the team during project schedule development by making them stakeholders and asking for a buy-in from the entire team
- Meticulous control of expenses, including in-house repro, consolidated travel, minimized hotel costs
- Survey collection, public and existing utility requests, and due diligence research completed within two weeks of site access authorization
- Generate multiple site layout options based on information collected in the due diligence phase
- Utilization of real-world 3D models and videos to actively engage stakeholders, residents and customers, ensuring that our clients understand the constraints of the site and their options for innovation and refinement
- Clash detection and design coordination calls prior to all submittals to ensure all plans match in design, intent, and style
- Fostered relationships with contractors before the first formal RFI or change order. We strongly believe that a project is a team effort and everyone’s input is valuable as early in the process as possible.
- Project close-out discussions to document successes and set goals for the next project
