The Oakland office of CaliChi has recently moved to larger facilities in the up and coming industrial area of West Oakland. CaliChi’s new home boasts a large studio/work/live space on Peralta Street which accommodates our growing work force.

Our new office is across the street from one of CaliChi’s current projects, Hollis Street Lofts, a 125-condominium project which is just coming out of the ground. Our new studio has a wonderful vantage point to see the project come to fruition, as well as be on hand for any engineering issues as construction continues.
