In conjunction with McCarthy Construction, on a Design Build effort, Calichi Design Group (CDG) provided civil engineering and associated services for a state of the art 34,000 sq ft in area, 179,000 sq ft gross area, 5 story, 516 garage with dedicated bike-way, parking area and pedestrian walkways. CDG provided site and paving plan, grading and drainage plan, Stormwater Control Plan, and Utility Plan. Additionally CDG provide support to stakeholder coordination meetings, Update C.3 Calculations and Checklist, Preparation of Technical Specification, Review of OPCC, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Street layout and and Profile Sheets, Signage and Striping Plans, Hydrology and Hydraulics Report, Dry Utility Consulting, Stormwater C.3 Calculations and Checklist, Preparation of Stormwater Maintenance Plan and Agreement, Notice of Intent through SMARTS Website and is providing on-going clarifications to Owner/Client throughout the course of this project.
