A CaliChi project; Broadway 101 Commerce Park Phase III just set an Arizona record for panel lift of 230,000 lbs. This was the largest tilt-up panel lift to date in Arizona. The project has a 223,000 lb panel lift scheduled for early next week as well.
CaliChi provided civil engineering services for the construction of this 260k square foot industrial development on a 20-acre parcel in Mesa, Arizona. This project includes the design and construction of a 2 new buildings and the necessary associated site and infrastructure upgrades including the design of backbone and service infrastructure for water, sewer, storm, gas, data, and electric; grading and drainage; stormwater management, treatment, and maintenance; and public right-of-way encroachment improvement plans. Construction completion is scheduled for the 2nd half of 2015.
