Renovation and addition of an approximately 49,000 sq ft school building and upgrade to approximately 69,500 sq ft of playground and site area. CaliChi provided the collection of topographic survey; utility infrastructure relocations; water, sewer, storm, gas, and electric routing through site; grading and drainage; improvements to the fire access road and associated site and infrastructure upgrades to current Title 24 accessibility codes.
