Provided full civil engineering design services for a Human Services Center and Headquarters building. The project included a 3-story, 80,000 square foot Human Services Center along with the development of hardscape and landscape on the campus site. CDG also provided utility sizing and earthwork calculations, updated utility capacity, and analysis of the existing storm, sanitary, domestic, fire protection and water facilities.
