CaliChi has been retained to manage an ALTA survey with contours for property which was occupied by a vacant medical office Building. The building is being renovated into a restaurant and grocery market. Additionally, services included locating and plotting easements and encumbrances on the property. CDG also oversaw Environmental Review, Due Diligence, existing utility research and coordination, engineering design services, Green Building Certification and project close-out.
