Renovation of an Assisted Living/Healthcare Facility which was designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities elective credits. The renovation included site, exterior, interior, residential units, communal health areas, MEP and life safety upgrades. The project was a “live” renovation and done during phased occupancy. CaliChi Design Group provided site evaluation, Planning-level Design and Entitlements, Civil and Landscape Construction Documents and construction administration.
