Over the past three years, CDG has provided full site/civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture services on 10 franchisee-driven Planet Fitness projects in the States of Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Kansas. CDG has served as the civil engineer-of-record on all of these projects, each of which has received all requisite agency approvals and has been constructed. Typical building construction consists of a 21,000-sf footprint with a 7,000-sf mezzanine, bringing the enclosed square footage to 28,000 sf on approximately three acres of real estate. CDG typically serves as the formal applicant for all planning approvals, making formal presentations at public hearings as required. CDG also leads state permitting efforts in regard to Erosion Control (NOI), and State Highway/Encroachment Permits. Typical construction value is $3MM – $5MM.
