CDG provided civil engineering, and related services in support of limited building and site improvements for the modification of a Wendy’s Quik Service Restaurant into a 3,321 sq. ft. Starbucks facility with a drive-through and exterior patio area. Civil engineering services also included partial demolition, ADA upgrades, drive-up reconfiguration, trash enclosure relocation/reconstruction and exterior patio construction.
