CDG provided civil engineering services for the construction of a 260,000 sq. ft industrial development on a 20-acre parcel in Mesa, Arizona. The project included the design and construction of two new buildings and the necessary associated site and infrastructure upgrades including the collection of topographic survey; design of backbone and service infrastructure for water, sewer, storm, gas, data and electric; grading and drainage stormwater management, treatment, and maintenance; and public right of way encroachment improvement plans.
