Broadway 101 Commerce Park is an industrial development in Mesa, Arizona. Calichi provided civil engineering services for the project from initial due diligence through permit-ready construction documents, with work spanning from late 2013 through early 2015.
We began with a constraints analysis and due diligence report to establish site feasibility, followed by a limited topographic and boundary survey. We then prepared an engineered site plan and a land split map, and managed a Planned Area Development modification with the City of Mesa. Entitlement work included pre-submittal conference preparation, city site plan review, design review board support, and processing both a preliminary and final plat.
The permit document phase covered grading and drainage submittal documents, building permit submittal documents for the new construction, and an encroachment permit package for right-of-way work. We also prepared legal descriptions for project easements, carrying the project from the first constraints study through final platting and easement recordation.
