Redevelopment of the Brookdale Park and Recreation Center in Oakland consisting of a 7,000 sq ft recreation center and numerous site amenities. Civil Services included Utility info capture, visioning programming, Site Master Plan and Concept Design. Preparation of Stormwater Control Plan, Site and Paving plan, fire protection plan, Utility Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Representation at coordination meetings, Signage and Striping Plan and generate Hydraulics and Hydrology Report.
