CaliChi provided Civil Engineering service for the construction on a new 2,200 sq ft Starbucks ground-up building with a drive-up window on an empty area in an existing shopping center. Services included generating civil construction documents, peer review of existing conditions and demolition plan, rough grading, and drainage plan, stormwater control plan, erosion and sediment control plan and building permit documents, site, paving and horizontal control plan, utility plan, and profiles. CDG also prepared Hydrology and Hydraulics Report, Prepared a Stormwater Treatment Measures Operation and Maintenance Agreement and Coordination with the design team.
